Device Drivers
During the course of our work we have needed to locate many different device drives. Fortunately most are available from either the manufacturers web site or from specialist driver sites such as www.driverguide.com.
However, we provide links to the the drivers listed below because we have found them particularly difficult to obtain from other sources:
Parallel port CD-ROM driver for MS-DOS
Boot Disks
We often use specially prepared boot disks that provide access to NTFS partitions and networks via TCP/IP. These are helpful when using disk cloning programs, for example, Symantec Ghost and Drive Image.
S-DOS Boot Disk
With Network Connectivity
This disk supports Intel PRO/1000, Intel PRO/100, 3Com 3C90x, 3Com
3C574 (and FE574), and Compaq 10/100 Intel based network adapters.
It uses a DHCP allocated IP address but a:\net\protocol.ini can
be modified to make it use a static address. Edit a:\net\setvars.bat
to change the username/workgroup as required. If you want to know
how this disk was created, click here.

Please try to understand that these disks are supplied to you as is but we will try to help with any questions if possible. Bribery with chocolate and money, particularly the folding variety, tends to obtain the fastest response!
